Our employees receive regular trainings in SMNM-VECO’s training center and continuously improve their professional skills and competencies.
In September 2018, we involved our expatriate personnel to provide scaffolding training to our staff as part of Personnel Development and Qualification Upgrade Program. Expatriate experts provide guidance and share their experience of using international programs and standards (such as TG 20:13, BS EN 12811-1).
All the trainings comply with SMNM-VECO and Sakhalin Energy’s QA standards and procedures.
